Sign on to server from client

I am receiving a message that the username or password are not correct when trying to signon to new server setup from a client. The admin sigon works from the client but the user name I added does not. I have put the active directory name in the options tab and checked each user to use the active directory. Is there anything else I need to set.

Did you install Vault with a custom account? Active directory authentication works only if you have used a custom account for the IIS process model.
