We may be required to run Siteminder on our SOS server (which will be located within our company's DMZ). Will this work? Does any one know what problems this might present with remote connection using Visual Studio 2005?

The important things with SOS is that it has a persistant connection and that the data is not tampered with. You may wish to check out some of the postings in relation to other networking equipment, because the requirements will be similar.
