Feature request

While I remember, this keeps bugging me; I would class it as a bug but maybe it is deliberate.
I do a large "Get latest version" without specifying "Overwirte".
It comes back with a list of several files that it couldn't merge.
Fine.
It offers me the chance to get the latest version of them; good; I get a second chance.
It even has the standard ellipsis indicating that it wil pop up a dialog which is good; I want to tell it to overwrite these ones now that I am happy I know why it couldn't merge them.
But what does it do? It goes off and tries again with the same settings.! Well duh; why would it work differently this time?
Please, when offering a chance to reget them could we please have the chance to specify different options.
