Databases not available

When a client logs onto the server, only one database populates. i have verified that the server is using a domain account rather than a local account and still nothing. Any suggestions??

Do you mean only one database appears in the dropdown in the connection dialog?

Or that when you connect to a particular database, you don't see any folder/files?

Are there any errors reported in the SOS Server log? It's log.txt in the SOS Server directory on the server machine.

After looking at the log i found the following error

8/1/2006 9:09:01 AM - Error verifying database path: Access to the path "\\servername\SrcSafe_SS_INSITE_V7\srcsafe.ini" is denied.

That is the same database that doesn't appear in the drop down.
