Serial Numbers

Hello,
I upgraded from 2.x to 3.1, then from 3.1 to 3.5 yesterday. I did this by purchasing Gold support for my five 2.x licenses. When I try to upgrade my 2.x serial numbers to 3.1, I get a message saying they have already been upgraded. However, I do not believe I upgraded the serial numbers. Am I correct in assuming I first have to upgrade the serial numbers from 2.x to 3.1, then from 3.1 to 3.5?

Yes, if you're upgrading from a 2.x license, the upgrade is in two stages. Email support@sourcegear.com and we'll get your license info for you.
