I have reviewed the forum and found one topic about this and it involved configuring anti-virus software to allow the email, but we do not have this as an issue and Dragnet is not sending notifications to me anymore. How can I fix the problem? I get nothing in the event log about this either.

Was Dragnet sending email previously? If so, did something change with your Dragnet, machine, or network configuration?
Are users subscribed to email notifications?
