Vault 3.5 Serials

I went to download Vault 3.5 and noticed the note about needing new serials and Gold support. I used the form that was linked to. It appears to be a Vault 3 form. I entered my 3.0 serials and my Gold Support serial and it didn't like the 3.0 serials. Is there a newer form out there I should be using or do I really even need to do this?

There was a problem with the link from the store. Can you try it again?
