SSL Support Problems

Would you please provide an answer for the certificate question (should it look different than it does? does it need to be signed? how do we sign it?) here:

SSL is the only thing remaining to get working before we go live.

We see there's a certificate, but there's still some sort of configuration issue if SSL isn't working properly. SSL configuration is more of an IIS issue than a Vault issue, so we may or may not be able to help.

If you can send us the steps you took to set up SSL and email the screenshots as well, we'll see if we can figure out what's going on.

The issue was solved, it was a problem for SSL in general. Granting the "Everyone" group "Read & Execute" permission on the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys folder solved the problem.
