FailDBInsert on Label and GetLabels

We are using Vault 3.1.8, upgraded through several stages from earlier versions. For some time now, all other operations seem to work ok, but commands Label and Get Labels for directory trees fail with "A database error has occured (FailDBInsert)"

(Note that our database is rather large in size (over 2 GB), so sending it for inspection will not be easily done)

Are you saying that all Label and Get Label operations fail?

Could reproduce the error and send me a copy of the sgvault.log file from the Vault Server %windir%\temp\sgvault directory?

We've dealt with databases of 50 GB and more, so this shouldn't be a problem. But let's take a look a the log first. Email it to linda at SourceGear.com.
