Another "Object reference not set to an instance of an

Vault 2.0.1, .NET redist 1.1, VS.NET 2002 (!). Connecting to a remote server using SSL (BTW: Is that ever nice !!!). The Vault client works fine by itself, but VS.NET does not want to connect to the server, instead I get a dialog with the above message, and I can't get rid of the dlg; I have to blow VS.NET away.

I have MSDN and will upgrade the VS.NET as soon as I find the time, but is the old VS.NET the issue?

I tried deleting the client\Settings in regedit, and it didn't help; neither did just setting the FormSplash to False.

It works fine once I applied the patch.
