Win2k3 Server

Well i worked out instalation issues on my local machine, so i moved onto my 2k3 server. I did the "shadow folder & domain" setup guite http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=188 i did most of it except the asp.net privladges... i also set the vault directories to anonymou...

I get the following error "cannon find underlying connection" or somthing to that affect.

Any idea?
