Cannot Log In

I cannot log in using SourceOffSite. It connects to the server using either secure or non-secure ports, but it gets stuck at the status line "Logging in".

I am getting the following message in the log:
3/3/2006 8:25:17 AM - Connection accepted from (ip here):1117, session id is 45.

And that is all - no other messages error or otherwise.

I am working in v. 4.0

Were you able to log in before this? Is it a new problem?

Are other users able to log in?

If you restart the SOS Server, can you log in?

I'd like to see more of the log file. Could you email a copy to Linda at SourceGear.com? Be sure to include a link to this forum post.

>> Yes we were able to log in before and it is a new problem. Seemed to occur when I was installing the client on a user's new PC.
