Unable to Get Label at Root of Branch

Post by wesuser » Wed Mar 01, 2006 1:33 pm

I had labelled the entire branch (Root folder) under a version number. Since then changes have been made to the branch.

I'm trying to get the labelled version back to my working folder, so I went to Show Labels and right clicked on the Folder which I labelled and selected Get...I see the hourglass go and the window which usually comes up to confirm the path never came up...eventually the hourglass goes away after like 5 or so minutes and nothing happened?

Currently using Version 3.1.2 (3511)

Are Vault Server and Client both 3.1.2?

Can a different user get the label?

Anything in the Vault Server log file (%\windir\temp\sgvault) that corresponds to the failure? Anything in the GUI Client messages pane?

The Server & Client are both on 3.1.2

Nothing came up on the GUI client message pane.

This is a section of what came up on the Vault Server Log:

It looks like the connection to SQL Server is timing out before the operation can complete.

Try increasing the SQL timeout value in the Vault.config file:

<SqlCommandTimeout>360</SqlCommandTimeout>

The default is 360 (seconds). Increase it to 720 and see if that helps.
