Cannot execute a program

This morning I started receiving the following error when attempting to login to the GUI client or admin tool. I am able to login to the web client and view projects fine.

Server was unable to process request. --> Cannot execute a program. The command being executed was "c:\w2k\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\csc.exe" /noconfig @"C:\W2K\TEMP\2eawjpmc.cmdline".

Can you log in to Vault from a different machine? Trying to determine if this is client-side or server side.

If this is strictly client-side, did anything change with your .NET installation?

What version of Vault server and client are you using?

This is happening from multiple machines. Version 3.1.2.3511

Was anything changed on the Vault server machine -- any updates, service packs, new .NET Framework?

Have you tried restarting IIS?

Is there anything useful logged to the Vault server log file -- sgvault.log in %windir%\temp\sgvault?

Anything reported in the event viewer?
