Get Latest Version issue

Hi,

Just a question.
If the source code in VSS is pinned and then if I get the latest version using SOS, the file that is retrieved is not the file that is pinned by VSS but it's the latest version. SOS will also mark it with "More Recent" in the status column.

I want to synchronized the local and remote version automatically with "Get Latest Version". that is up to the version that is pinned in VSS server. How can I achieve this?

Does this mean that the pin that is put in VSS means nothing to SOS?

SOS should honor pins, but we've found that some versions of the VSS automation component don't handle pins well in SOS. SOS uses the VSS automation component to communicate with the VSS database. What version of the automation component is on the SOS Server machine? Here's how to find out:
