Files to exclude from the Vault

I thought there was a knowledge base article on which files to exclude from the Vault, but I can't seem to locate it.

I'm thinking about files like MSSCCPRJ.SCC, for example-- these should not be put under source control, correct? And .SUO files?

Is there a list of files/filetypes to exclude?

Yes, both the MSSCCPRJ.SCC and .suo files are user-specific and should not be checked into source control.

The list of files that Vault excludes by defaul is in the admin tool under repository options, file/folder exclusions
