peoblem in starting source offsite as service

Hi
I have dowloaded trial version of the source offsite 3.5 and have installed suceessfully the same .But when I try to start it as service it is giving me error ": ERROR 1607 :THE PROCESS TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY..."

Any suggestion /solution all are welcome .
