serial number between v2 and v3 question.

Hi, when I originally purchase vault, I received a v3 serial number, but since I was still using v2, I went thru the downgrade link to get the equivlent v2 license.

Now I am ready to upgrade our installation to v3. The question is, is my original v3 serial still valid? Do I need to first deactivate the v2 license before I can use the v3, or what will be the proper procedure to perform this upgrade.

My original order number is 47182.

Your Vault 3.x license is still valid. Run the upgrade, then add your 3.x serial number to the Vault Admin Tool. There's no need to deactivate the 2.x serial number.
