Got error message while running soscmd.exe

Here is the error message:

"C:\Program Files\SourceOffSite\soscmd.exe" -command GetProject -server <server>:8080 -name <user> -password xxx -alias Mobile_Photo -project "$/lib_mimg/1.0" -workdir "D:\ygui\libm" -recursive

Could not open file \s1kc.. Error Num=13

Could not open file \s1kc.. Error Num=2

Error: Server response = 203 File

What does it mean?
When I run this command line,I only got a file of zero byte in "D:\ygui\libm"
However,with sos GUI tool,I can get the whole project successfully
sos version:4.1.0

Error 203 simply means there was an error getting the file.

What is "\s1kc.." ? Is this the actual file name or part of a path?

It should be a physical file of VSS, I found two files under "D:\Mobile_Photo\data\s" :slkcaaaa and slkcaaaa.a
