Can't connect to SOS 3.5.3 server - "Address in use&quo

This morning users reported that they could not log in. I stopped/started the SOS service but still no joy.

The log says:

Not sure yet what changed on the server but the quick fix is to simply change the port address.

"Address in use" means the port SOS is trying to use is being used by another application. Sometimes even SOS itself can lock up a port and then it can only be released by rebooting the SOS Server machine.
