The integrated client seems to have no way of keeping alive a connection with the server. The connection with the server times out quite quickly and so every time I attempt to check-out or do a diff (quite often) it hangs the dev environment for a minute or so whilst it tries to connect to the server. It then complains of a lost connection and I have to re-type my password for it to reconnect.
Even though the stand-alone client has an option to “keep alive” the connection it does so for only a short period before complaining that the server has reset the connection. Is there a server setting that we need to look at here?
