Delphi 8.0.2 can't see Vault SCC provider

I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but I can't seem to get Delphi 8.0.2 to see the Vault SCC provider at all. The Delphi 8.0.2 documentation claims support for Microsoft SCC API v1.1.1 I think. What version does Vault support?

Vault currently only supports integration with VS.NET, VB 6 and Visual C++.

Although the Microsoft SCC API is common across all IDE's, the implementation is different depending on the IDE.

You can still use Vault for source code control and Delphi for development.
