sosservice.exe CPU 99%

Hello!

sometimes our server is hanging (win2k)
because the sosservice.exe is use the CPU at 99%
until I restart the service manualy (if I dont make it, the process is running days)

if I resatart the process that is working againe long weeks.

Somebody can to help me??
(we are use the SOS 4.1 prof)
