Missing Folders

Hi...

I have v4.0.2 set up on a Windows Server 2003 SP1. My team here accesses the shared SOS db via VSS 6.0d. I have another team in India that accesses via the SOS Client.

It seems that when we create some subfolders here through VSS, the changes are not reflected... or not viewable... at my India development site.

Any ideas on this? It's driving us batty and costing us tons of time.

Most likely you need to refresh the project tree. This is a time consuming operation, so we don't invoke it automatically upon connection, but require a manual trigger.

You should select the root folder, then use the command View->Refresh Project tree.
