I've been evaluating Dragnet for a few weeks and I've figured out how to use it with the help of a number of postings within the forum. However I am perplexed as to how the assigned tester knows that items are ready for testing. When I mark an item as complete and reassign the item to the tester, I would expect to see the item in the tester's My Open view. If this is incorrect, where should the tester go to see the ready for testing items?

It should be in the My Open page, but note that there are 2 tabs on that page, one for Open and one for Completed, so make sure the right tab is selected.
