I recently had to rebuild my server that Source Off Site was installed on. After reinstalling SOS 3.5.3, the developers can connect to SOS and all functions seem fine. However, almost every day the developers notify me that they can no longer connect to SOS. When I test it, I verify that the initial connection seems to work, but then the login seems to hang and eventually fails. The SOS service is still running, but restarting it solves the issue, until the next time. Is there a setting or patch that I am missing?
