Error Installing SourceSafe4 Server

When I will install SourceSave4 Server, I get the fallowing error during the copy process of the installer:
Installation ended prematurely because of an error.

I start the msi-File from c:\ and dosen't change the directory to install the server in.

can anyone help me, please?

Are any files actually copied into the installation directory before the error occurs?

Also, are you installing the Server as a user who has write permission to the installation directory?
