Error 404 when accessing vaultservice/vaultservice.asmx page

This applies to Windows 2003 Server.

If you get a "404 page not found" error when you access http://<vaultserver>/vaultservice/vaultservice.asmx, check that ASP.NET is allowed as a web service extension.

This setting is in the Internet Services Manager under Web Services. Verify that Active Server Pages are Allowed.
