move folder to different repository

I need to move a folder (and its history) to a different repository. How is this done?

It's not possible in Vault 2.0 to move items with their history to a different repository. We've had a number of requests for this and it's logged as a feature request in our feature/bug database.

At this time, the only way to move files would be to do a get and then add the files to the new repository. Of course, these files would all be version 1.
