I'm trying to upgrade my SOS Server from V4.0.2 to V4.1 Afterdoing this, I get an error when I try to start the service (See below). The database path is correct. The service is running under an account that has local administrator rights.
Any ideas?

This is an annoying bug that has popped up with the new service packs to various versions of Windows. We're working on a fix, but for now, see this link for a simple registry fix:
