View difference box not appearing

I am using v4.1.

I have tried selecting 2 files in the "Show history" and clicking on "Diff" but nothing happens.

When my colleague does it on his PC the same files appear side by side showing the differencings

Any ideas?

Do you have the same version of SOS as your colleague? Are you comparing the same two files in the same database?

I have 4.1 and experiencing the exact same problem in Show History. I selected 2 drastically modified versions and Diff did nothing. My co-workers seem fine. HELP!

Hi!
Did you try to start sgdm.exe directly? It told me that a msvcr71.dll is missing. I copied the DLL to the SOS install folder in it worked.
