If you have purchased Gold support for Vault, there is now an additional forum available to you for answering support questions and getting priority responses from SourceGear.
It is available at http://support.sourcegear.com/viewforum.php?f=22 and there are instructions there on how to join. The forum is viewable by everyone, but only Gold support users can post questions.
