VS.NET project files needing Versioning

I think part of my one of my previous problems is not knowing which files need to be covered by source control.

Does someone have a list of file extentions for solutions and projects that should be put under source control for VS.net?

With SourceOffSite I never worried about it, just used the IDE interface.

Vault has IDE integration as well. If you are used to using it with SourceOffSite, you might want to use it for Vault as well.
