I hear good things about the product from Smart Bear Software. Check out http://www.codehistorian.com/

But there is no native support for what you want.

Using Vault with SmartBear CodeReview and CodeCollaborator

I was considering this software too, does anyone have experience using any of the SmartBear software against a Vault repository? If so what was your experience?
