Vault 3.0 upgrade policies

To upgrade to Vault, you'll need new serial numbers. Vault 2.x serial numbers do not work with Vault 3.0

If you purchased Vault 2.x and Gold Support prior to the release of Vault 3.0 (November 29, 2004):

upgrade to Vault 3.0 is free. In addition, you get free Dragnet licenses.

If you purchased Vault 2.x after Nov. 1, 2004, without Gold Support:

The upgrade to Vault 3.0 is free. Dragnet is available at the regular price.

If you purchased Vault before November 1, 2004, without Gold Support:
You can upgrade by purchasing Gold Subscriptions for each of your Vault licenses. The cost is $99 for one user and covers all upgrades for one year.
