SOS server crashes once a day

Hi,

I have SOS 3.5.3 running on Windows Server 2003 with VSS 6.0. Each day at random time, the SOS service would crash with the following in the events log:

Faulting application sossvr.exe, version 1.0.0.0, faulting module SSAPI.DLL, version 6.0.93.50, fault address 0x0001df0a.

Are the crashes new, or did SOS always experience these crashes?
Do you notice these crashes when only one user logs in or do they happen more often if two or more users are doing lengthy operations?

Do you run regular database maintence with the Analyze utility? http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=50

The next time the SOS Server crashes, send me a copy of the server log file. It's called log.txt and is in the SOS Server directory.
