Internationalization

Is there support for "strange" languages ? when I enter a comment in Hebrew, and then go and look at the item I get ?????? marks. I assume this is an encoding issue, but how do I fix it ? is reinstalling the server with a different database collation the answer ?
Is there a way to translate the user interface (not very important, but if I’m asking questions…)

This is a bug.

This will be fixed in the next release ( Dragnet 1.0.2 ). Barring any unforeseen circumstances, this should be released by the end of next week - Feb 02, 2005.
