Forward a license
If we buy a 5 pack, may we forward one of the licenses to a customer as part of our software and hardware delivery, or do we have to buy a new license on behalf of the customer?
A 5-pack is actually one serial number encoded for 5 users.
Our license policy is that a license is for one named user on one SOS Server. So you shouldn't use the same SOS Serial number in two different SOS Servers.
If you need to send a license to a customer, it might be better to buy a license just for that customer. (Note: SOS client licenses are configured on the SOS Server side, in the Server Manager.)
